Saturday we came home to a strange phenomenon. Upon opening the fridge later that afternoon to our shock and delight, we discovered 4 ears of corn in our fridge. How did they get there??? We don't know.....it could have only been the
Corn Fairy!
"mmmm delicious" (in case you don't speak Max that is what he said). He ate every single kernel on his ear of corn. Thanks for the surprise Corn Fairy! It truly was delicious.

Loved the documentation of the "first" ear of corn. It was delicious!! For anyone else who is ready for their "first" ear, they are selling it on the corner of 2 Jack's Pizza in Springville. It is out of California along with Cantalope, Crenshaw (sp?) and watermellon. Deee-lish!!!
p.s. you may want to pick up some extra butter for when the corn fairy strikes at your house!

Yummy we love corn too. Too bad we can't have Harwards corn here in hawaii, i do miss that so much!!
