It seems to be a little tradition at our house when it rains, to grab your raincoat and a few boats to play with and head outside. We put the boats in the water that is flowing down the gutter and chase it! Pretty soon all of the neighbor kids see us, and join in. We build dams, and send the little boats in the flood. It makes for some serious fun! You better try it next time it rains!

I wish it would rain here like that. Seems like you guys always get more than us. I love it when it rains, the way it makes everthing green up, the clean smell, the rainbows. There is nothing like a shower from heaven..... Such cute pictures. i love the one of moose in the damn.
That looks like so much fun, I always loved going out and playing in the rain. Looks like Max is loving it! The little outdoors boy~
Fun memories! We've actually had a lot of rain here the past few days which is glorious! Usually not enough to make dams or float boats though!
oh it looks like so much fun. i love the rain. esp in the middle of summer! it rained on us quite a bit last night and today is overcast... love a good cloudy, cool day. i was feeling quite motivated this morning to get out and go for a run, but i think the moment has past. dang.
